Advance build schedules and dramatically reduce costs for topsides, module, PAU, PAR, pipework and new build projects using dimensional control.
We challenge outdated build strategies and develop new modern thinking philosophies.
With submillimetre accuracy, dimensional control is used for interfaces and tie-in points to ensure that newly fabricated pipework, equipment and structures always fit-first-time. For pipework, it allows accurate off-site fabrication, eliminating site hot work as well as decreasing schedule through offsite testing and painting.
We work closely with EPC contractors and fabricators to deliver optimal design solutions for fabrication and construction which allow multiple fabrication facilities to be utilised in parallel, thereby ensuring best cost and schedule, safe in the knowledge of first-time-fit at site. We are currently delivering this service in the oil and gas, petrochemical, FPSO and defence sectors.
We work closely with EPC contractors and fabricators to minimise hook-up durations on site by ensuring first-time-fit and maximum pre-fabrication: this is made possible by our in-house processes, procedures and experienced workforce.
We focus on the brownfield tie-ins and minor modifications for major upgrades, as well as new builds, using our industry leading processes, procedures, working practices and workforce. By utilising our brownfield engineering and survey specialists, we deliver optimum solutions with fit-for-purpose deliverables that minimise up-front engineering, fabrication and construction costs.
